  • Within the country: generally from 2 to 7 business days.
  • International shipping (if available): from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the courier and the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the customer’s location.
The company may offer free shipping upon reaching a certain purchase amount.
In case of a return not due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Shipment Tracking

In case of delivery failure due to an incorrect address or the customer not responding, additional costs may apply for redelivery.
