1. Replacement Period
The product can be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In case of manufacturing defect, the replacement is possible within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Replacement Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags and accessories included.
- It is necessary to provide the purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
- If the defect is caused by misuse, the replacement request will not be accepted.
3. Replacement Procedure
- The replacement can be carried out at one of our stores or through customer service.
- In case of replacement via shipping, the customer bears the shipping costs, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.
4. Delivery of the Replacement Product
The replacement product will be delivered after verifying the condition of the returned product.
If the same product is not available, the customer can choose another item of the same value or pay the price difference.
